General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. By placing an order on the online store www.piperufinelli.it, the Customer declares having read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the general terms and conditions of sale and payment set forth below.

2. The Customer is not entitled to any compensation or damages, nor is he liable under contract or tort for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property resulting from the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

In the event of unexpected unavailability of the goods and non-acceptance of the order, no charge will be made to the Customer.

Purchase Procedures

3. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the piperufinelli.it system via an email response sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will include the date and time of the order, an "Order Number," and a "Customer Code," which must be used in all further communications with the emarredamenti.com system.

4. It is the Customer's responsibility to register with correct information and keep this information updated using their login credentials.

Payment Methods

5. Credit Card

The purchase of goods is accepted by credit card or bank transfer.

Credit card transactions are processed through the PayPal electronic system. At no point during the purchase process will the emarredamenti.com portal's electronic system or any member of staff be able to access the Customer's credit card number, which is provided by the Customer to the credit institution's secure server over a protected and encrypted internet connection in accordance with current online payment market standards.

6. Currency

All amounts displayed on emarredamenti.com are expressed in euros, which is the reference currency.

Delivery Methods and Costs

7. Rufinelli Riccardo accepts orders from worldwide only.

8. For every order placed on www.piperufinelli.it, Rufinelli Riccardo will issue a receipt for the shipped goods, which will be placed inside the package.

9. Delivery costs are clearly highlighted when the order is placed. Some promotions may offer discounts equal to the shipping costs for orders over a certain amount, determined by the offer itself. Payment for the goods by the Customer will be made by Credit Card or Bank Transfer. The credit card charge will be applied by Rufinelli Riccardo, the operator of the integrated e-commerce platform. The Customer will not owe anything more than the order total.

10. Order processing times are usually 2-4 days for Italy; for international orders, the delivery times of the various couriers must be taken into account.

11. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the shipping document;

that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape).

Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or discrepancies in the number of packages or information, must be immediately reported by writing "Subject to Inspection" on the courier's delivery receipt. Once the courier's delivery receipt has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.

Any problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the procedures set forth in this document.

12. If the customer fails to collect the goods stored at the courier's warehouse within 5 business days due to repeated failure to deliver to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Right of Withdrawal

13. Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide a reason and without incurring any penalty, except as set forth in Section 15 below.

14. To exercise this right, the customer must send notification to Rufinelli Riccardo within 10 business days of receiving the goods. This notification must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to
